Managed Edge-Continuity Appliance for SMEs

OC Zeus is a customer-controlled continuity and recovery node for professional offices and regulated SMEs. It keeps critical storage, file exchange, backup and recovery available — and working alongside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your existing tools — even when centralized services fail, lock accounts, or become unsuitable for a specific workflow.

OCZ // EDGE CONTINUITY NODE
01 — why now

When the cloud blinks, can you keep working?

In October 2025 two hyperscalers failed within nine days — and one outage took down sign-in itself. When identity, storage, collaboration, backup and recovery all depend on external providers, a single disruption can stop operations. That is concentration risk, and for most SMEs there is no independent path back.

OC Zeus adds a managed local continuity layer under your control. Critical files and workflows stay accessible and recoverable on your side — so a provider outage, account lockout or ransomware event becomes a disruption you can ride out, not a shutdown.

02 — what's in the node

One appliance, the continuity stack.

Secure storage, exchange, backup, audit and recovery in a single managed node — deployed and supported for you, integrated with what you already run.

[ 01 ]

Customer-controlled storage

Encrypted local storage with role-based access governance. You hold the data plane; access and retention stay on your side.

[ 02 ]

Backup & recovery

Versioned backup with an independent local restore path — recover after ransomware or provider disruption without depending only on external SaaS backups.

[ 03 ]

Secure file exchange

Move large and sensitive files through controlled, auditable workflows — powered by the same exchange technology as GCN.ONE.

[ 04 ]

Identity fallback

A roadmap to local authentication so staff can keep working during external identity-provider disruption — the failure mode October 2025 made real.

[ 05 ]

Audit-ready logs

Local, exportable audit logs for sensitive workflows — evidence your auditors can review without a vendor in the loop.

[ 06 ]

Hybrid integration

Works alongside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS and Azure — a customer-controlled continuity layer, not a replacement.

03 — compliance fit

The customer-side answer to scored obligations.

DORA

ICT risk & exit strategy

OC Zeus is the customer-side recovery and documented exit path that ICT third-party-risk and resilience testing require.

NIS2

Duty of care

Encryption, MFA, access governance and supply-chain controls that support duty-of-care obligations for SMEs and their suppliers.

EU DATA ACT

Exit-readiness

The on-prem destination customers now have a statutory right to switch to — cloud-switching and portability without lock-in.

SOVEREIGNTY

By architecture

Designed to map against the EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework with a target SEAL rating — provable, not relabeled.

Deployment model

Appliance + managed service

Hardware-backed deployment plus a recurring managed-service subscription. Designed for MSP and channel distribution, so local IT providers can deploy and manage resilience for the offices they already serve — predictable cost, managed updates, professional support.
